The purpose of this special meeting is to hold a closed session pursuant to G.S. § 143-318.11(a)(3), To consult with an attorney employed or retained by the public body in order to preserve the attorney-client privilege. Immediately following the closed session, the Board intends to return to open session and to immediately adjourn.
